IPTComm Track
IPTComm 2019 is an academic conference that runs as a track within the RTC Conference. IPTComm 2019 is co-sponsored by the IEEE Chicago section with the result that the juried papers describing research and development work that are selected and presented in this track will be published in IEEE Xplore.
IPTComm brings together researchers from academia, industry and government to advance real-time IP communications to discuss ideas, results, challenges and experiences in real-time IP communications. The conference addresses current topics such as programmable network services, internet of things, machine learning in interactive communications with focus on the reliability, security, privacy, performance and scalability, as well as on the applicability of these technologies for public-safety applications such as Next Generation 9-1-1.
